Is the sot version far enough along for a prototype, or ready for sale. This one is for my brother, and was looking to get the plans for the wadefish, but woulda rather do another of these. Ready to start cutting!

On the plan for the touring pirogue tv15-32, there are dotted lines on the frame patterns, is this the water level and if so at what weight?
