The best boat for two flyfishermen is 2 bluefin 12's, with maybe removable outriggers so you can stand and cast. That way both of you can fish at the same time without piercing your ears.

I'm probably getting ahead of myself and this will be covered in the instructions. I'll definitely go with your recommendations. I want it to be lightweight, but I also want to have confidence in it in the surf and rocky rivers(not whitewater of course).

Do I need to fully sheath the interior with fiberglass if I use Okoume?
