Yeah,all though I prefer welding that would work out great if your the kind that keeps an eye on your equipment for things like lose bolts once in awhile

You know if Heritage had made their Featherlite 14 in a 30"-32" wide kayak I might have never built any kayak at all. But I'm very glad they didn't because I would have never found out how much pleasure building a kayak can be :lol: Their Featherlite 14 has a 25" beam and weights 59lb...
