Glad it worked out. The internet as a whole had some hic ups the last couple days. Not sure if that effected you.

I am glad to hear you have received the boat plans and everything.

Please allow me to straighten a few minor things out and explain a bit about my order system.

First there is the thing about the delivery time and downloading process for the boat plans. I am not directly involved with the download process. The procedure is that immediately after the order is placed an order confirmation email with a download link is sent to the customer. That's why it is called instant download :). The order confirmation email was also sent out in your case, but since your email was bouncing you didn't receive it and I received a 'Undeliverable Mail' message saying that 'User mailbox exceeds allowed size'. The next days I tried sending you some new emails, but still with the same 'User mailbox exceeds allowed size' message in return. So you see unless something unexpected happens the boat plans are delivered instant and the orders don't have to wait for me to take action (quite nice since I also have to sleep sometimes :)).

Second there is the thing about loosing your money. When you place your order your credit card is approved for the amount stated at the checkout page. This means that the amount is sort of reserved. It might show up on your account statement but I have actually not withdrawn it yet. That doesn't happen until I have received a confirmation from my order system that the boat plans actually has been downloaded. If the boat plans are not downloaded (delivered) the money will not be withdrawn. So you see, it is not possible for you to lose your money.

Sorry for the long note, but I feel it would be best to get the message out :)
