A light boat for 2 flyfishers

What would be the best design, options for a boat that could accomodate two flyfishers?
For me it shall be :
-transportable by one or two people in case of forest walking .
-not too high because of the winds and a drogue is using space when not in use.
-Not make slapping noise when waves are hitting
-Does not develop ripples when someone not so experienced in casting.
-a poling platform is useful to detect fish as the water i do fish, have a lot of tanins, causing mirror like surface, and are quite dark and i do sometimes rarely fish in marshes.
-have on bow a casting platform large enough for a heavy man to stand on
Stable like a jonboat ,track like a kayak, quiet like a fabric pontonboat, get on plane like an inverted v hull or like a Talon flat boat, supple to winds like a surfboard
