Uncle John's has a set of nice little chair plans designed by our own Oldsparkey.

Looks perfect. I'm definitely on board to pick up the plans. It'll be second on my build list, though. I'm in mid move right now, so I'm not getting any building done until the house sells.

About the chair...... You could get one from these folks http://www.rockymountaindecor.com/produ ... -or-cherry It has a flat seat and I don't think it would be as comfortable as the one I dreamed up. Plus mine can be made from scrap wood or if you purchase the wood a lot less then the ones they have. But with theirs at $219.00 and on sale for $179.00 you do save $40.00

If you make the chair to go with the boat Matt is designing , take some of the epoxy form making the boat and put a coat of it on the chair ( or two coats if you want to ) if it gets wet , no big deal.
A small piece of felt or rubber on the feet of the chair keeps it from sliding around... Contact cement works really good to put the non skid material on the feet of it.

Can you pull this one out of two sheets or will it take three?
