I am finally getting started, now the weather is too cold for the epoxy to set up.

That hull looks really good - going to be a specially good Laker when she's finished.

I notice that the internal frames are "non standard" - does this mean you're going for a custom deck design?

The one does look rounded.

I want to strip the deck in one piece and the boss wants to keep the front peaked but the back rounded.
I am still figuring out how to set my forms.

Looks really nice! looks like you added a few forms.

How about some specs, please, on the length, wood used, where you live, etc.

It is the 13' Laker, instead of plywood I glued up the body panel from strips, I started with spruce for the bottom then changed to cedar for the side panels. this was the first time i have ever done this ,the panels turned out fairly rough, after I started sanding to smooth them I gave up and simple fed them through the planer, they came out nice but ended fairly thin 3/16". I stitched and glued them as per plans and put 6 oz fiberglass on both sides. I took the bulkheads and rounded the top and glued them in. I then used the lines from them to the bow and stern and created temporary forms which are then hot glued in from the shear clamp. I also made some temp. frames out of waste strips which sits on the kayak bottom to support the temp form.
I used cedar which I picked up at home depot, for the last 6 month ,every time I went there I rooted through their cedar lumber to find some good boards.
The 10' premium 4x4 posts yielded some nice lumber.
I live about 20 minutes from niagara falls, but this summer spent most of my time in the wasaga - midland area
