Hello,
I decide to build the 17ft Norwegian pram and I have some questions:
1. Here in Austria I couldn't find a great choice of building material (plywood!), e.g. I found only 8mm and 12mm Mahagoney plywood with Maritime class and the price is very high, I think. Could anybody tell me where in Europe I could find the greater choice of plywood and who are the handlers (links?!).
2. All the plans are based on the 9mm plywood thickness except of the transom, can I use for these 8mm?
Thank you very much for advices!

I am sure you can find the plywood in Germany. I work together with a German CNC factory and I suggest you try calling them. I am sure they will be able to deliver you the plywood, or maybe suggest a supplier further south, closer to Austria. You can find contact information here:

Yes, you can use 8 mm for the boat. It is only a minor difference and within the limits of the tolerances.
