16 Sea Power dead rise

I now have the plans to the 16 Sea Power. I hope to build this starting Next week. Is there any one that have started or have built this boat yet. I would like to know the dead rise of the cut water bow and also at the transom. I really need a deep vee here in the Philippines due to the rough and bumpy water.
