No paddle plans, sorry. There's a couple free paddle plans out there.

I have a carbon fiber canoe paddle that has a nice shape. I could provide the basic dimensions for that if you want.

Paddles sound like a good winter project. I'll probably just buy some cheapies to use this summer, and try to make some nice one's next winter.
