Outboard for the pontoon

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could tell me how big of an outboard can be put on the pontoon

Those are 2 displacement style hulls so about 3 hp is the most I'd push it with it.

I'd like to know if you have ever made a JEM Watrecraft design pontoon boat...

not yet.. I noticed you built a breakdown version of it. do you use bolts to bring it together?

I bought a Suzuki 2.5 HP 4 strokes, that weighs 13 kg (28 pounds) for my pontoon ...and they make a great team, just go hand in hand.
