STRIPPER CAPE FEAR PLANS

Post by preacher »

Matt,
How about plans for a "stripper" Cape Fear? At least the hull. I love mine but doing it by building strip panels was tough to say the least. The decks, cockpit and tankwell parts were much easier than the hull because of their flat nature.

Or, should I just build the forms onto a strongback and bootleg it that way?

I gave my Bumble Bee to my oldest son to stop his whinning so now I need another pirogue hybrid to fish out of. Gonna build the Honey Bee that I did for my brother then jump into another Cape Fear early spring.

I will get with you around the first of the year, should have the fishing boat finished and my work bench adapted with a strong back by then.
