not completely straight lines

Post by jaa22 »

Got all the boards our for the lake 14, andmy cuts are not completely straight. Presumable the stitch and glue method and these plans allow for this? As long as shape is consistent and i am okay with my QA measurements should i be okay? Also, how important is sanding the edges if I am going to be fileting them and covering with fiberglass?

Stack like panels together and sand the edges to help clean up the waviness.

Long as you don't waves over ~4mm you should be ok.

Okay, perfect. I should be okay. Nothing off by 4mm.
