How to download the e-mail plans

Matt, I need some instructions on how to download the e-mail plans. I purchased the Touring Pirogue and the TV 15-32 plans, but I don't know how to download them. Kinda a newbie here, maybe I'm missing something. Thanks.

I got your messages you sent through the contact form.
I tried emailing the plans several times but your email keeps bouncing. Can you contact me directly at
info@jemwatercraft.com from your email account? Don't go through the forum or contact form. Go directly from your email then I can just reply with the plans.
