JEM Watercraft

Hi all,
New builder so decided to try my luck with a free plan first of all and if all goes well i will try a more intricate build. However, after buying the plywood and looking at the plans , i cannot see any meaurements for setting out the seats. I can see some pieces of timber glued into the top panels but no setting out, can anyone help please.

not sure I understand what setting out means. explain more?

Sorry, i mean by the measurements to place the glued wood strips that the seats will sit on. There are no dimensions of where they are on the plans, just a sketch of them, no dimenesions, so i am unsure of where to set them on the plywood.
