I've just finished all my household maintainance chores, including building a new front deck, and I'm up to date with all the "honey doos" and I've earnt lots of brownie points, so I am rearing and itching to start a new kayak build. Hows things going with the Quetico Matt? Really got my heart set on that one.
Cheers
Roger

This is a design I requested from Matt. A multichined kayak slimmer than my Okwata, sacrificing a little stability for paddling enjoyment. I think what Matt has come up with is really awesome and I cant wait to build it.

I stopped working on it when you got busy but it's not far off. Shoot me an email.

Beautiful isn't it Mick. Length 15'5, beam 23.25. 1.75" rocker front. 1" stern. This is exactly what I am looking for in a touring boat. Fast but stable enought to stop and take the odd photo or two and admire the beauty of nature. Easy to manhandle to the waterside. I am sure it will be a very capable vessel in all conditions.

Um.... don't you have some other Akuna to build?
310 is about the most she should hold and still be expected to perform well.
