Hi guys,
I have a glass kayak that I am using while I (slowly) build my Sabalo. It is in need of a few minor repairs. My question is, will epoxy bond to polyester? Hopefully it will, because that's what I have. I don't fancy having to go and get some polyester for a couple of very small jobs.

With proper surface prep, it should.

-solvent wipe (acetone)
-sand/scuff surface with 100 grit abrasive cloth
-solvent wipe the area again until all dust is gone and let dry 5 minutes right before you're applying any epoxy.
