Fiberglass options for Sabalo

Options 2, and 3 call for fiberglass tapeing of the inside seams only and using glass cloth for the outside. Just to clarify. Would I stll need to apply glass strip to both sides of the butt joints of the hull strips, or just the inside joint? :?

both sides and then glass over them when doing the seams or entire surface.
