Kayak / Canoe Building Workbench Horses Arrangement

With a tip from a fellow builder about 8 years ago, I built two identical horses that:
1.) I could use as a platform base for butt-gluing panels
2.) A waist-high platform for work with the hull upside down
3.) Adjustable arms for working on the boat right side up and varying angles, nearly 90 degrees.
Attached (I hope) are drawings, measurements, adjustable arm installation and some photos. With two 12' 2x4's and one sheet of 1/2" plywood ripped lenghtways 2x8' each. I was able to make a 2' x 16' table.
I'm working on my 4th boat with them now. With drywall type screws I'm able to take off the bases and hang them up when not in use. MK
