I hope you have a way to get the boat out after it is built and wont have to do like one guy in Canada. His was a 2nd floor apartment and to get his out he had to take a window out , lower the boat to a buddy and replace the window.

I really like your helper , might say he hangs out with nut's but we nuts have more fun then anyone...... Right ?

Coogs,

I just happened to notice a can of Minwax stuff in one of your piccies. Firmly grasp that can, walk to the open door of your shop, and fling it as far as you can. Do ot look back. Go get some Captain's Z-Spar varnish and use it. Never look back.
