Hay kayak jack i'm in Illinois and yes we make our own jerky and summer suasage we have a 250 galon smoker we made out of a old fuel oil tank. Garlic patch is out on my fathers farm. Not sure about the gun turrent yet

Well after a long wait through some job hassles and winter. I have been to get back to the build and it has been going quit well latley. A little more tweaking and one other coat of epoxy and installing the seats. She will be ready to float she gets inspected tommorrow by the Illinois dnr for the registration process. Here is a few pics of her now.

The wolf is burnt in with wood burner and it has alot to do with my family name witch means the wolfe.
