Well, this is my first attempt at building a boat. I may have suckered you with the title, because its not the full size deal. I'm actually building a scale model of the canoe right now. I worked with Matt and he sent me some scale plans that should end up with a 28" completed model canoe. I've just started today, and have a few pictures. I'm building the model from 3/8" balsa wood. I think it'll do what I want it to. Just click on the pictures button the left hand side. Anyhow. Without further ado.

Very cool!
When you're done, if you don't mind, I'll make copies off your site and post the pictures permanently on mine.
Might think about offering the model panels on all my plans.

I have no problem with that at all. Feel free to take whichever pictures you want. If you want a more specific picture as I continue building, let me know.

Thanks! I'm now to the point of glueing everything, which seems to be taking forever! It'll be a while before I post any more pictures. I'll be sure to get some pictures up when its all glued, before and after final sanding, and if I decide to paint it or not.
