WOW    8)

What a smick looking boat.........I think you've lifted the Sabalo bar again

I always transport mine upright but find Yak racks can get in the way on Ute when not being used........have to give your upsidown method a go

Cheers Paul

Love the boat. It's a great design. I wish I had used a bit tougher of a paint, but this stuff is easy to touch up at least. The Sabalo is a real winner of a craft.

I put it upside down mostly because I haven't yet bought a set of the kayak cradles for my rack, but because of the flat decks, it is an easy boat to store upside down, too.

I was thinking that with this boat, if you're going to completely glass it outside, you can probably use 1/8 okume, though that stuff can be difficult to get smooth curves with. The extra thickness of the glass should result in the same hull thickness as 3/16 okume sans glass.

No you don't! I made that offer first and I'm closer and willing to haul it so he doesn't get embarrased by people seeing him with it

I'm thinking he needs to name this yak . . . "BAD BOY."

possibly you should send that pitiful excuse for a yak to a Canadian so you can get it out of your fine US waters. I will volunteer in the interest of International unity and friendship.

What a gorgeous boat, I fine job. Tight lines
