Forms are in place 20'' spacing...Instead of laying the panels out on a flat surface I'm using the forms. I will just pop them off when glued up and trimmed then run them through the sander, tack them back on the forms then glue them together....

With the bottom panels glued up I ran a couple of rows on the sides and marked the underside of the bottom panels to be trimmed off.

Bottom panels sanded and tacked back on the frames..

I don't worry about trying to color match below the water line it gets graphite coated...

I am wondering...if the tumblehome panels are attached now will it be hard to get the fiberglass cloth to adhere to these without falling back, or should the cloth be taped back up inside to keep it from sagging?

trim the glass while it's dry so there's about 1" hanging past the gunwales/sheer. The epoxy will hold it in place. Or you could always apply the glass in halves and rotate the hull so the tumblehome panel is vertical.
