I bought those Sea Dog rudder pedals and am going to use it with the hobie twist and stow rudder. http://www.austinkayak.com/products/580 ... embly.html

I like how it folds flat against the deck. Also, its the only rudder I could find that comes with the pulleys for such a low price. I am using stainless steel down rigger cable for the cabling.
