Matt, ordered the laker 13 plans today, really wanted to go with 12' overall length, is this doable ? the decks I will do similar to the Wye so that's not a concern.

Yes just space the drawing reference lines 11" instead of 12".

That doesn't work for all plans but on this one, it does.

Im looking at your fine boats, and I see they both have bulkhead hatches. Where would a guy get some of them ?

Col Don't know where your located but these (8" and 6") are available in a few places, Acadamy, Bass pro Shops, even Wal Mart, plus online outfits. let me know if I can help further.

I found some on ebay.
Inexpensive and seem to do the trick.
