My wife has asked me in the past how come there's no boat named for her on the site.
Tonight she saw me fiddling with a new kayak design. She asked if that was the boat that was going to be named for her.
I told her it wasn't a complicated enough design.
I got "the look".

Geez Ron, You'r quick mate.
Wish I were fast enough to come up with a reply like that.
Matt, I think it would be a very good call to call this boat after your wife mate. After all, It is allmost a completely new design, and has sufficient style, grace and class to be allmost worthy.
Regards,
Mick

The "next" evolution of that hull will be her namesake. I've had that planned in my head for sometime.
But I just checked and I'm still in the dog house for that comment.

To Late Matt
Enjoy the dog house and do not name anything for a while, or you will hear the dreaded words ( NOW YOU ARE PATRINIZING ME) or the final jab
( WHATEVER)
We are pulling for you and I really feel for you .

I have to agree with Ron , anything now would appear as an after thought so to cover your self tell her you named the new design after her.
"After Her "
