I'm pretty sure that the plans call for at least taping the inside seams and you should follow them.

the interior seams need fiberglass coverage.

Did you find any/many voids in that UltraPly? It's supposedly spec'd with no voids and exterior glue. I'm thinking I'm going to build my next small boat out of it.

To be honest I was not paying much attention but when i was cutting the wood and sanding the cut side i did not see any voids that stood out.
