Just about done. Should have them published next weekend or sooner. Anyone a good proofreader? Been working on these instruction so much, I have them memorized and could be missing obvious mistakes. Would prefer someone who is going to buy the plans.

I'm willing to do it. As you know, I AM going to purchase the plans. I'm willing to pay before proofing too! If you want, I can proof it from CAD (AutoCAD) or PDF. If I do it from the PDF I will do it by hand, rescan the print out, and email the Correction PDF back to you. If by CAD, I will proof it in CAD and send it back as CAD. I use ACAD 2008. As a matter of fact if you need any ACAD assistance I'm cool with that too. I use Microstation more often but my ACAD skills are way above average.

Well it's really close to being ready.

Ran the numbers and building with 4mm and 4-ounce cloth, should come in at 50lbs-55lbs or so using 4mm Okoume. And that's a realistic number that an average builder could achieve. I compared mine to a couple others and got a little concerned my estimates were higher in weight.

But looking at it more, mine is a bigger overall hull, will be more stable, and could hold up to 400 pounds on board (although 350 is probably a better choice) .

Learned a couple new tricks that will help in future SOT designs.

OK, I have the plans. I WAS going to hold off on building it until after we move though. My wife and I are in the market for a new house. The move is still at least a whole 1 1/2 months away. I figure that maybe I should go ahead and sneak this one in. I'll have to build it cheaply so I might use el-cheapo Home depo luan. The wife would be pissed if I spend a lot of money building this right now. Has anyone else started? Matt, I saw that you changed the epoxy requirments too. That helps. lol

Any build pictures? Is the bottom hull panel flat or with a little V?

It's a flat bottom.

One being build here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3162

I have an idea for a different style but it's on the back burner right now.
