she looks trimmed well but you might want to try for balanced on each end. Just to see if it moves any more efficient.

It looks like the nose is trimmed up just a tad. Can you balance so the bow and stern are the same height to see how it feels? Just an idea.

I think it is time to take a saw to the duck.

G'day Ron,

Bloody good job mate!

I love the lines of this boat.

Re trim, I agree with Matt only I would go even a little further. Try trimming her so she is just a little deeper in the bow than the stern. She will still part the water like a spear :D and the raised stern will assist in minimising drag in the back end of the boat.

Matt, for what my opnion might be worth, (probably very little  ) I would recommend listing these plans.
Regards,
Mick

Hey Mick
Glad to see you back on here ,missed that Aussie humor.
Your dead on about trimming the bow down a little more, the first time I paddled her I was sitting foreward about 3 inches ,made a heck of a difference.
The white pine I used for the hull is the stiffest boat I own.
Happy New Years to all.

Put the second coat of varnish on today.

She is starting to slick up.

Good sanding tomorrow and then the finish coat. If the rain holds off.
