I may have to try out a P.o.C. and see how it works on the hard chines (angles) ...

one thing that may be a glaring "issue" is the ply itself ...

routing the edges of ply this thin may just shred it to splinters ...

I think you'd be trimming have of your cove away to make it fit.

But experiments never hurt... much. :lol:
