Hi Matt can you help please, Yesterday i trialled a photo through photobucket and when i previewed prior to sending to this forum it was okay ,so i proceeded to send.i checked back later to see if it in fact had gone through and it had .Today i thought i would check again and the pic has either been removed or deleted
Have i done something wrong ?if so can you please advise as i have more new pics i want to send shortly

Photobucket should give you what is called a jpg file , when you have that .... Then copy it and on the forum click on the img button which is just above where you wright your post.
The img is for image and with the jpg file between the two center lines of it the picture will appear when you preview it.

This is a jpg file ...... http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4117/476 ... fd6ecb.jpg
If the img was at each end then the picture would appear on here and not be a click on for a picture.

I hope this helps........

I use Photobucket for all my forum photos. When you have uploaded the photo to photobucket, find it in your album and just hover the mouse over it. A drop-down box will appear below the photo. Just click in the bottom option (the [img] link option) and the photo will copy ready to paste into the post. Just go back to your post editor and place the cursor where you want the photo to appear in your post and right-click, then click 'paste'. It will automatically paste the correct code in and that's all there is to it.

Hope that helps. :D

If you use a smart phone to take your photos there is a 'snapbucket' app available that allows you to upload the photo to photobucket immediately when you take it on your phone. Couldn't be easier! :D :D

I did notice that once when I went in to photobucket my photos appeared to have gone, but when I reloaded the page they were all there. I think that the photobucket server sometimes has a glitch but it's usually temporary.
