I'm building a Bluefin using the SS&G technique. The plans are very good and detailed. However, when cutting templates of scrap-ply, I get a missfit of approx 2mm (1/10 inc) in the joint between panel 2A and 2B. When checking the plans it seems like the length of the mid-joint surfaces in panel A and B indeed differ with approx 2 mm. Obviously, the most likely explanation is that I've done some misstake but I cannot figure out where??
Greatful for any help!

Re: Bluefin builders!!??
Both mating edges are 3.477 inches.
I checked the drawing dimensions and they are on point. Picture possible?

Re: Bluefin builders!!??
Thank you for the help Matt,
I'm starting to suspect a unit-conversion error.
Converting 3.477 to metric scale gives 8.8(4) cm, which happens to be in the middle of my measurements of the two surfaces (8.7 and 8.9 cm). I've repeated the plotting of lines a third time and I always get the same discrepancy...
I guess I'll be fine if I fair the offsets to 8.8 cm??

I double checked the plotting and all looks ok.
Your should be ok to air as you stated.
