Since tyvek can take a print, I'd guess there will be someway found to color or tint the white stuff. The hard part might be find a piece big enough without someone's add printed on it.
As for all those teeny, downwind "assist sails," don't forget that most of those are being used on boats that lack the stability of most of Matt's designs.
The boats built on this Forum that I've seen so far, all could easily & safely carry a more useful sailing rig. I'm confident that both the Freedom and Southwind models would be excellent choices for a sail, so much so that I fully intend to rig them both up for sail.

I've never done much with sails. No plans for one in the immediate future.

John,
As it now stands, Jimmy W is nearing completion of his South Wind 15-30 and he says "Someday, I might add a small removable sail rig and a rudder. "
I'm probably a month or so from getting started on my South Wind 15-30 and Freedom 15 builds. And both will have a sail rig based on the Vinta drawing and the comments made on it by hoz. The rudders for both will be a take-off of Mick's work. (I insist on stealing from only the best!)
One thing I like to have would be a clear-er version of the Vinta rig drawing in this thread, so that I could make out the dimensions given. Thou' I will be scaling it down, having those numbers would help by establishing a starting point.
