Matt, ordered the laker 13 plans today, really wanted to go with 12' overall length, is this doable ? the decks I will do similar to the Wye so that's not a concern.

Yes just space the drawing reference lines 11" instead of 12".
That doesn't work for all plans but on this one, it does.
