Greetings forum members.
Let me first say a hardy "thank you" to each and everyone of you for reading this forum. An extra thanks to those who post no matter if it's regularly or just once in a while.
JEM has grown through focusing on providing top-notch service and trying to provide what builders want to build and paddle.
Currently JEM is one sole employee. That's me. I often refer to JEM as "we" in the event that things pick enough that I need to get some help. I'm happy to report it's getting to that stage. So my wife wil soon start handling processing some of the orders and organizing paperwork. Luckily she works cheap!
Anyway, I know folks read and participate in many forums. I'd like to ask that if you're in a forum somewhere, and IF IT'S APPROPRIATE TO DO SO IN THAT FORUM, that you provide a brief mention of JEM or link to a particular link to a design.
Now please, while I truly, TRULY, appreciate the promo, don't mention JEM name/website unless it fits into the situation. Just make a breif and respectful mention. If it starts a conversation, then please send me the link to the forum and I'll stop in briefly to say "hello" in that forum. As you may have realized, I want the word spread but I don't want it rammed down anyones throat.
JEM is getting near the point where some money can be spent on advertising so I'm exploring where that money would be spent the best to get the more bang for the buck. By hearing about where JEM is being discussed, that will give me an idea where to place ads, (on the net, magazines, etc). I have some software now that tracks website traffic, but I think word-of-mouth is more important.
Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from everyone for years to come.

I brought up your paddlebord design in a discussion on stand up fishing on http://www.standupzone.com/
I've been a member there for about 2 years I guess.
Hopefully you'll get some added attention from it.

Likewise, I referred a reader on http://www.boatdesign.net/forums/ to look here about building small flat paddle boaats.

There is no way the good word will not be spread all around , especially by all of us that have built one (Or More) of your boats. Especially about the support that is offered when building one and the out standing quality of the boats when compleated.
