I think it's time to order fabric....
The gunwales seem rather ridged , I wonder if I should install a thwart.
For a tandem I would think the front seat would go between the 3rd and 4th frame from the bow, and the back seat between the last 2 frames that would give about 4 feet between seats.....19'' between frames...

Well....Back on the Pirogue....using 8 oz. pollester to cover it...I clamped the fabric on each end and the gunwalls then fliped it over....
I started at the center stapeling and pulling the fabric toward each end....untill I got to the end where the deck starts..

One of these days Im going to tackle a SOF. Glad you got this one going again.

The fabric need ironed to take out any wrinkles and then paint...Stuck it back in the rack next to the TV 29

Mate, that's a sweet looking craft...I'm guessing it weighs diddly-squat...looking forward to the paint job and seats... :P
