I'm finishing a Laker 13 I had cut out panels for in 2008 but life, the universe and 16 shades of crap stopped me from going further.Last Friday I restarted the project by covering the panels with west system. I now have the hull ready for filleting so things are happening again at a reasonable pace and its starting to look like a kayak.
Cheers for now

And now the inside fillets are done. Time to turn it over tomorrow and continue the process.
Re: new Laker 13 in Sth Australia
Today I put fibreglass tape on the inside seams of the deck halves.I'll do the other sides tomorrow and maybe the hull as well weather permitting
Its hot and a hot dusty wind making working on the boat miserable so called it a day. now relaxing under the a/c with a cool beverage next to me.

Today I finished taping the outside seams. Tomorrow I hope to get started on painting the insides and the under deck bits then hopefully placing the deck in position and getting it ready for gluing into place.
