Hi Morton,
is there a specific position for the seats in the canoe?
I'm installing 3 the back one will generally have somewhere between 75 and 90 kg in it and the front 25-75 middle will have 0-60. A total of about 140 - 200 kg in weight
I know that's a hell of a range and on the low side for this canoe but we're a hell of a family and I've over indulged on the resin so it will be overweight too....
I won't be using it for serious camping/tripping (not yet anyway) just for paddling for an hour or two around small lakes. Any guidence would be appreciated as I haven't paddled many canoes, and I don't really know what I'm looking for.
I was planning on the back seat about 450mm from the rear bulkhead, the front back up against the frame and the centre one in the middle to carry the occassional two kids (facing back to back), would this work?
thanks,
Tor

Hi Tor,
It sounds all right with the seat position, but to be sure let me check the hydrostatic before giving you a final answer.
